--> Daily O & M of Comverse IN Charging System [CDMA & GSM], & Real Time Charging Gateway, which includes the routing analysis & solving the E-recharge, Top-Up, Trigger, Paper recharge, Clarify, Dump, USSD, CAMEL, GPRS, IVR & Call related problems for Full Mobility, FWP, & FWT prepaid subscribers.
--> Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers for hardware problem.
--> 24 Hrs Online Technical Support to FM, Server Support, BSS OPS, SMSC, & MSC team depending upon the criticality of the issues escalated and Resolving escalated individual customer complaints and service affecting issues.
--> Responsible for the prompt resolutions of any identified network faults [Related to IN or Adjacent Nodes/Network element like SMSC, MSC, Mediation, & TIBCO].
